By using this site, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy without modification.  StallionExpo.com shall have the right to alter, amend or discontinue anything intrinsic or related to this site including but not limited to content, fees, or hours of availability. Your continued use of this Site after changes to this Agreement are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.

If you post a photograph(s) on this site that was not taken by yourself it is your responsibility to get permission for use of the photograph(s).  You must be aware that U.S. and International copyright laws apply. The photographer must give permission for use of the photo(s).  Permission to post the photograph must be obtained before the photograph(s) are posted.  Written permission can be forwarded to us.

User Conduct

User must be legally able to list stallion services, horses for sale, or other products, services or information posted by user.  User is responsible for any and all information provided for public viewing, registration and listing process.  You are independently responsible for your information.  StallionExpo.com is solely a vehicle for distribution and display.
User shall not post or transmit any material that is knowingly inaccurate, misleading, false, abusive vulgar, profane, obscene, or harassing or violating any U.S or International law.
User can not solicit other users to become subscribers to any other competitive online service.
 As a user you agree to:

1. Provide accurate information
2. Keep information current
3. Adhere to U.S. and International Law Copyright, Trademark and Intellectual Law
4. Not interfere or disrupt the security of the Site, affiliates or linked Sites
5. Not to transmit viruses or other disruptive or harmful files
6. Not to attempt to obtained unauthorized access to the portions of the site which are restricted from general access

Without notice StallionExpo.com can remove content that is suspected of being non-conforming.

This User Agreement and the Privacy Statement constitutes the entire agreement between you the user and StallionExpo.com.  This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.  Communications includes all oral, written or electronic with respect to this site.  No modifications of this agreement shall be effective unless it is authorized by StallionExpo.com in writing.  This Web Site User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, Oakland County and the federal laws of the United States of America.  All disputes, claims or discrepancies relating to or concerning this Site and or this User Agreement or Privacy Policy shall be decided by binding arbitration in conformity with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.  You agree any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of this Site must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Privacy Policy

Maintaining the privacy of our customers is important to us.  Our Privacy Statement is designed to explain how and why we gather information.

General Tracking- we keep tack of the pages viewed by each visitor.  This helps us to determine overall traffic patterns of our users.  By knowing the traffic patterns we can better meet the needs of our viewers.

In order to place an ad, you must first log in by registering.  The information gathered by registering helps us differentiate your ad account from other Users that may have a similar or same name.  We require an e-mail address so that in the event that you forget your password we will send it to your e-mail address. 

Our data collection system uses “cookies” to provide an interactive and personalized experience. For example cookies are used to remember your log in information. We also offer features that recall horse ad information so that you don’t have to type it again. The only information cookies can remember is the information that you supply us with. A cookie can not read data off your hard drive.

In order for this site to work properly cookies must be enabled. You can refuse cookies by turning them off but, then this site will not be able to recall the log in information and other recall items that are needed in order to place an ad.

We do NOT sell any registration information to any third parties.
